If you see this error message, one of two things could be happening:

  1. As a new customer, you are probably connected to the wrong server.  You must include the port # from your welcome letter in the address field of your bookmark.  e.g.
  2. As a server owner, you're connecting from a new computer and using the Admin Key from your original welcome letter.  In this case, you'll need to request a new admin token.  You can request a new admin key by opening a case.
