Using the login information you created when you signed up for service, login to our Client Center
If you've forgotten your Client Center password, use the "Forgot
Password" link on the login screen. Your login name is your email
1) Open https://clients.shrapnet.com and login
2) Click on the Support menu option.
3) Click the Submit Ticket option in the pull-down.
4) Select the My Question/Message is about: pull-down, and choose Upgrades.
5) Fill out the remainder of the fields and click on Submit Ticket
