Where's my welcome letter?

Upon sign-up, you will receive a welcome letter that contains your service information.  If you did not receive a welcome letter, check your spam/bulk folder.  Some ISPs may mark our email as bulk.

You may optionally send yourself another copy from our client center.  To do so, login to the client center, select your product  from the Products -> Product List, then click Package Actions -> Send Welcome Email.
